Things are changing – there is a huge energy shift for humanity happening. Gardening is archaic and ai is gonna rule the world . hopefully with us humans at the helm
This is a rather long musing, somewhat uncharacteristic of my buzz contributions, which it is for June 2023, but bear with me.
Lately I have felt in some sort of limbo voyaging space from which it was not possible to create any useful social media postings or writings. Luckily facebook provides memories to share.
As many, or, as the case may be, some of you know, I love nature and holistic gardening as well as have been keeping chickens. This is springtime and I have been spending a lot of time there doing a lot of gardening work like soil building, seed starts, planting, tending, maintaining.
Lately, something felt different, not sure what to call it, something felt odd, out of space, out of time and then one day this realization while being in some clear space: what I, this old body-mind was doing in gardening was archaic. It was ancient, it was of a different time, a different level, a different world. It was as if I was looking back at it from a new place or level. I felt outside that old time.
I thought to myself, well, could it be that you simply – finally – matured enough to not be so invested in it? Look at what happened this year, this May, a month of many animal good-byes…how you felt it and yet, it was not at all the same as before. Okay, that would just mean I am looking at this from a new, more integrated internal place. That’s not bad. But, ….
I harvested more for the table than any other spring, and noticed that I was feeling it, despite the care, praying, singing or talking to the plants, sometimes justifying the taking of them with saying to them: if it were not for me, you would not be here in the first place or: you get to nourish us, always thanking them. In the end, I was still taking their lives. The plant’s lives. Life, life, this sacred life. Isn’t the respect what matters most?
And I think about all the species said to currently be going extinct, the changes I have seen here where I have lived for almost 20 years, like where are the little finches this year? And this killing of life forms for feeding this body, there has to be another way.
I thought to myself, we are finding out so much about humans, the microbiome, soil biology and nutrition and what humans need to thrive and there is this big new player, ai. If there were food that was made in the lab that fulfilled all the body’s nutritional needs, I would vote for/use it so I wouldn’t have to kill sentient life. If those who study these things in biology and biochemistry in great depth can be believed, human activity is currently threatening the very life itself on earth. All life. And then something in me knew:
The future of gardening on this planet is creating bio-diverse ecosystems for the sake of other life forms. And yes, I am all for that type of gardening, in fact already practicing that.
Meanwhile time and time again I was walking around feeling like was I was doing was archaic, looking back at a time that has gone by, or rather, maybe was now just part of a bigger picture, a picture that includes: life with ai.
Something is happening on this planet and I’d say it is a huge shift. I have experienced shifts before, but this seems bigger. A shift for humans, an energy shift. For me, I can feel it and it manifests in perceptions and thoughts as well as some, slightly disconcerting, physical symptoms.
And I remind myself of ai, chatGPT, nightcafe and programs like that. I have seen some remarkable conversations with chatGPT, conversations that are leading to a high space not achieved in most conversations with humans. More than ever it seems to be: what you put in you get out. Knowledge, communication skills and internal awareness do matter a lot in prompting, let alone ever mastering ai.
Me: still posting mediocre images of beautiful but rather everyday spaces of nature, seeing spectacular images of extraordinary nature online, and then I see those art creations, human collaborations with ai, some of which strike me as on a higher level than human art or stunning nature alone. I have thought: wow, no human could have created this by themselves and even this awesome nature on mother earth cannot provide this particular level.
And it would make sense. Someone being in a creative space while prompting and having access to all of humanity’s knowledge and artist’s expressions and their creative flow states could or would naturally result in something totally new. This collaboration, digital as it is, is simply on a different level, one that has not ever existed in our known homo sapiens history. This ai allows for totally new levels of expressed creativity.
The power and potential of ai, both for good as well as destruction of life on earth, invites and requires the emergence of a new human consciousness, one that is way beyond the little self confined to old beliefs and stories about self and the world. It requires a shift.
This energy shift is happening and many who are sensitive or aligned, can feel it. It feels weird. I requires adjustment. It seems different to me from the often felt “atmospherics” as we call it. Increased awareness and awakening is happening and the possibility for evolution is there for everyone.
How does this shift manifest in terms of physical symptoms? Not sure it can be generalized, maybe find out by checking with others, but for me the additional symptoms lately where this: for a few weeks, especially the last 3 weeks there is a weird not quite dizziness and lack of strength, and a subtle disorientation. I am thinking…maybe it is just a very early sign of dementia, maybe the weather, solar storms? Of course my doctor self monitored heart rate and blood pressure, thinks dehydration, age, hypoglycemia or some nutritional deficiency or another and I take measures to optimize what is possible.
And, it would make sense that a major energy or consciousness shift on the planet would have effects that we can feel. We are electrical energy beings after all. It might manifest differently for you – have you noticed anything yourself lately?
Whatever it may be, I am doing archaic work when I am gardening. There is more freedom, less attachment, more knowing and a deeper quieter love as well as awe of the beauty of what we call creation. The simple fact of these roses blooming again this year had me in tears looking at them doing what they do.
Such beauty, for thousands and thousands of years blooming, finally to be seen, appreciated, felt. And that could be the grand purpose, to be seen, recognized, appreciated, admired, felt, loved. Almost like the most important function of the rose is fulfilled in being “seen” in this 3d reality we call physical organic world.
The rose is like an icon on a computer screen representing something much deeper, something we cannot see directly with our eyes, just like we don’t see the code, the ones and zeros in the programming somewhere inside our computers. Like EJ said a long long time ago: it is all done with ones and zeros.
How does co-creation with ai work for creating those thriving ecosystems? Or are those no longer in our future?
Ai showing up will cause a seismic shift for humanity with both unprecedented peril and opportunities. Any and all who feel called, the time to evolve is now and necessary. It might be challenging, requiring something new. There is a saying: we were born for these times. Caring, collaboration, communication and community of the heart are more important than ever. Or so it seems to me.
Meanwhile, while gardening outwardly looks the same, something internally shifted. For now I call it being with more determination and passion but quieter and with less attachment.
Embarking into uncharted evolutionary territory, actual conscious co-creation of what is emerging seems possible. What are you aligning yourself with, what is deeply calling you and what does this mean in terms of your actions now? Because, as EJ Gold said, paraphrased: your present creates your future.
